[Ntop] 'make install' for libpcap libpcap-1.0.0 has a problem

hello I am new to post on this mailinglist.
i am trying to install Ntop 3.3.7 and for this i tried to install libpcap.

And
./configure and make work fine but make install has the following error.

*ln: creating hard link
`/usr/local/share/man/man3/pcap_datalink_val_to_description.3pcap': File
exists*

can any body help me how to proceed?
