Just an update on the ntop instance with only 1 interface, it has been
up 22 hours now and handled

Peak 120.2 Mbit/s 13653.9 Pkt/s

Dropped (libpcap) 1.2% 3,888,799
Dropped (ntop) 0.0% 0
Total Received (ntop) 324,734,105
Total Packets Processed 264,051,657

 From this command line:

Resolved to........./usr/local/bin/ntop -d -L -u ntop -w 3000 -W 0 -P
/usr/local/var/ntop -i eth1 -B ip -c -n -g -o -z -m
10.3.0.0/16,10.1.0.0/16,172.16.0.0/16 --skip-version-check
--use-syslog=daemon

Too early to tell for sure but it seems like the dual interface might
have been creating a problem like you guessed Luca. I'll post back on
Monday to see if it makes it through the weekend.

Thanks,

-Mike
