[Ntop] Problems with Netflow data

I just installed the latest version of Ntop and I am seeing the following
messages in the logs

Thu 29 May 2008 10:54:23 PM MDT  **WARNING** Template len mismatch
[tot_len=240][flow_len=244]
Thu 29 May 2008 10:54:38 PM MDT  **WARNING** Template len mismatch
[tot_len=624][flow_len=628]
Thu 29 May 2008 10:54:50 PM MDT  **WARNING** Template len mismatch
[tot_len=1392][flow_len=1396]
Thu 29 May 2008 10:54:58 PM MDT  **WARNING** Template len mismatch
[tot_len=720][flow_len=724]
Thu 29 May 2008 10:56:33 PM MDT  **WARNING** Template len mismatch
[tot_len=1008][flow_len=1012]

The only data that appears to be populating is the Traffic and Network Load
sections.

I have netflow being sent from 6500's and 3800/2800's using v5.

Any help would be much appreciated.
